NON SERVICE FROM A USELESS COMPANY THAT *****S SUBSCRIBERS MONEY

Please do not waste your time or money by signing up for the satellite internet service with this company. I am paying for a 10MBPS service and am getting only about just over 3MBPS speed on the download. Their own speed test app in my opinion is rigged in their favour to show you are getting what you are paying for, but try using any other speed test site and you will see that the speeds are much slower. Also have a look at the speed of a file while downloading, it is ridiculously slow. The agent that I dealt with has escalated this issue to MorClick as you cannot even watch a YouTube video as it spends most of the time buffering. I DID HAVE A CALL FROM SOME CALL CENTRE, AND THAT TECHNICIAN HAD NO CLUE ON HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM SO I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE ESCALATED TO A HIGHER LEVEL FOR ATTENTION. THAT WAS OVER THREE WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO CALL FROM A HIGHER SERVICE LEVEL TECHNICIAN. THIS COMPANY IS A ****** *******.
