NO SERVICE, NO E-MAIL REPLY, NO EQUIPMENT INSTALATION BUT TRY TO DEB ACCOUNT
10000% A place I regret paying my Ins/joining fee to!! I had mail's to accept offer via mail wich I didnt and they run a deb order on my account!! I complain via mail with zero reply on mail then got a second deb order informing me to disconect my service due to no payment!! Then I paid my join fee via eft and send proof of that but to date no instalation done to evan start with not sure if this is a **** or just a verry verry bad service provider!!

10 Mar 2025, 07:49Funny how life works!! 10 September 2024 I post on Hello Peter about the service of Morclick and they responded on Hello Peter with a sorry they wil sort!! Well from 10 September 2024 to date 10 March 2025 NO ONE responded to assist!! i send mails to complain, i send watsapp on the chat's to assist with NO luck!! Last week got a e-mail from them that they wil be collecting the units installed because I dont pay!! Well I wil pay if it work I mean I have proof of complains to them!! Not listed as a none payer and slow payer on ITC I wil take legal action because I paid all fee due to get the produck I paid all bills to date it was working but now Im the bad person for not paying and I must take the loss!! Well in school the told us kids back in the days "u wil do it over and over and over til its ok/working" well Morclick sort your Customer Care department over and over they are useless!!
