New one day old customer what to cancel

This product was installed yesterday and.im not happy first experience called in asked staff of I can be on eft not debti order was told I have to email that request then what is the call center there for if they can't even help with that and then I noticed my download speed is ok.yet it don't open page's fast and loads long yet my LTE that has the same speeds work's faster then this this product is not.for me is there any possibility I can cancel you can collect your equipment as it's only a day old you guys can't expect me to pay high penalties fees as I'm self employed and business has been very very slow lately also what is the unacceptable is how you send me.a invoice that's dude in 7 days how do you expect me.to.get money in 7 days please get back to me with help in canceling as I don't want the product anymore thank you
