Moreclick is the worst
This is by far the worst service I've ever experience!!!! 3 Weeks long waiting for a call back from finances and nothing, All the call center do is to escalate the matter and you receive an email but that it. I'm paid up in full but its a waist of money because you get nothing for it as the internet connection is 4mbps if I'm lucky where I pay for 10mbps. Stay away from them as they are more a headache then any thing else

If my satisfaction was utmost importance for Moreclick this matter will not take 3 weeks, so take your empty promises and all 6 open tickets and shave it where the sun does not shine and let sort this out before the 25th of November as this is when my deb order is running or ill stop the deb order at the bank!!!
