Morclik customer service sucks

For the last 2 maby 3 weeks the internet randamly goes of for no reason. No help phoning then as there is never a answer. How the hell does these people stay in business. I have been with them for a year and this is only because I am contract bound. Every time there is issues I need to write a review so they can call me and assist is this the way they operate? I have loved so Manny faults abd complaints is is hard to keep track. For any one thinking of using this service just e well awear you will receive bad customer service with no help what so ever. Just remember to pay your bill on time or if you need help don't they are quick to call you then
