Morclick's Wi-fi is Broken. Can't use WhatsApp for week.

It's been a week now, and still Morclick's wi-fi doesn't CONNECT with WhatsApp! How is this possible and taking so long? No answers given, only a now and then ' we are still working on it. Apparently only iphone users - is their feedback. WOW!!!
