Morclick..Never use this provider!!

I have made a settlement agreement with morclick, paid the amount and now these leeches çomeback and say that i owe them this money (balance) because I paid the settlement a day later. This was hard earned sweat money, money I set aside instead of celebrating Christmas with my family..sacrificed for thus settlement and now to be still owing with this unfair decision of theirs and no method of returning calls just abrupt emails. Nb: I'd cancelled their service as connectivity was absolutely poor!
