Morclick, what has happened to you?

We have used Morclick for 3 years and the service was good, Since the upgrade earlier this year the service has been poor and we recently upgraded the package to try and improve it, with no luck. Contacting Morclick via Whatsapp is beyond frustrating and over the last 10 days I think I've spent 20 hours waiting for responses and having various people testing the speed interminably, Then nothing is resolved, everything goes quiet, and I have to start all over again with customer care. I want to cancel the contract as the service is not being provided, but how do I get hold of the relevant person?

On the 28th April I received an email with this "helpful" info:
"We have checked the site's RF stats; all parameters are good and up to the mark.
Modem logs are clean, and the State code is 0.0.0
We would like you to connect a single PC or user to the modem and check the link perform now; you need to ensure no other background application traffic is running during the test.
Let us know if you still facing an any issue. "

Needless to say, there is absolutely no improvement in the service and no way to talk to whoever supposedly did these checks - back to the &^%#( Whatsapp.

Well, there has been some improvement, in that I get a weekly call and a follow-up WhatsApp from very pleasant customer service agents from Morclick, full of apologies. However, there is no improvement in service. The issue keeps being referred to the Technical dept who apparently analyse the data and have this week come up with a new gem - apparently 1.5mbps upload speeds are within the acceptable range! Acceptable to who? I feel like I'm not asking for the moon, just a return to the nice stable 2.5+mbps that we had for the first 3 years of the service.

It's now July - nothing has changed. Phone calls are basically impossible. Sigh.
