Morclick Useless Service provider.

Would not recommend them at all!! September we took out contract with them because we moved to a farm. I asked sales representative person is she sure that their service can handle live stream DSTV, Netflix, Showmax and being a big family all with phones and laptops and YES that is what they offer no problem! Installation happened quickly (5 days) but upon testing the live streaming it did not work. The phoning and emailing them was a nightmare to try and get anything resolved!! I cancelled Services within a week. Now they have handed me over but I only used their services for maybe 3 days. Kept on emailing them asking if contract was cancelled and to stop emailing me statement if I don't use them as a service provider. I have emailed them and phoned them and until this day no help to get this resolved.
