Worst people to deal with in my life. I also had the experience of trying to cancel my service. I moved to another property and the the service was paid via debit order for 2 years while trying to cancel the contract. I just cancel the debit order after getting frustrated. I was then listed on ITC for failing to pay the notice period. I was listed as in arrears. After I paid the outstanding amount I was listed as "In Default".. When I phoned them I was told by an arrogant man that it is my problem and I have to ask the ITC to remove my listing. If I wanted them to remove the listing I have to wait between 6 and 12 months . Thats Good Service
