Morclick Satellite Internet. extremely poor customer care service

I am using Morclick satallite internet in my house. The past 3 weeks i have been struggeling with the internet and have reported it several times. The technical support never gets back to you even though they promise. I have sent Morclick several e-mails reporting this, yet the compony fail to respond. I have phoned Morclick more than 7 times today. One call actualy got answered, but wile talking, the lady i spoke with decided to cut me off. All the other times one gets asked to leave a message, yet no one is getting back to you. Why must one pay for something that is not working. They are so friendly the first 3 weeks, but after that, Morclick just do not give a dam on service. I give this compony a MINUS 10.
