It is by far the worst internet provider I have encountered.

You can't even properly download an attachment from an email. After many attempts, I didn't get any resolution. When you asked them to come to your premises, they sent you a heavy quote to pay before they came out, and over the phone, you get nothing sorted out. I even got a third-party company out to come and check, and we're after they said that they can do nothing for me and that my current provider is the problem.

I can't even cancel my contract, they have a proper third-world attitude!!!

Network status : The contract is a 20MB

My actual status is between 9MB to 13MB with a LATENCY of up to 4209ms

To sum it up, I will NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!
