MORCLICK SATELITE WIFI SERVICE

I have dealt with many companies in my lifetime, and never ever have I received such bad customer and product service such as Morclick. In 4 months time I have send many complaints but no response. The speed they promise on the wifi is not delivered, if there is a problem with the rooter and you phone them, they ask a technical tech to phone you back, when he phones you after 3 days he can't assist. My own personal IT guy sorted the problem for me. I previously had uncapped wifi with Web Africa (excellent customers service at Web Africa) and never we have reach over 200GB of data. With Morclick we pay more, have slower wifi and fourth month in, apparently we reached our cap of 200GB and then they bring the speed down. How is it possible if it is only me and my husband and we don't download movies or music. I use wifi for work. Normally the speed from Morclick is so slow that I can't make whatsapp calls, my Skype is interuppted, etc. I wish I have never crossed with Morclick, nobody helps you, no one respond to your mails, which I send a few to complain about the bad service. When there is a technical issue with Morclick you only receive a sms 2 hours after the service went down. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please stay away from their empty promises.
