Morclick Satelite
Morclick satelite absolutely terrible. We ordered a 20mbps. And it didnt even work a full day. We couldn't even email anything. Customer service up to ****. Now they send us a bill for R1900 and we cancelled the service in 7 days. And a bill for a wifi that didn't even work. And we are struggling with them to come and collect their equipment. Absolutely the worst internet service I ever came upon.

16 Mar 2022, 17:01And when will it be investigated. Because there is no way that we will pay for service that we haven't recieved at all. Not to say that the wifi did not even work properly. We have been struggling with this a while now. It has cost us to get a different wifi provider with which we are more than happy with. A wifi that does not give us any problems from day one that we have recieved it. And still your equipment is at our house after they said they would come and collect it. I would not recommend your internet services to anybody. But I will defnitely recommend the wifi that we have now and working with to everybody. Have only been satisfied witb the wifi that we know have.
