#Morclick, PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE!!!!!

#morclick or also MultiSat Internet.... If any one reads this post outside of my friends and you are entertaining the idMorclickwea of subscribing ith these people..... DONT DO IT!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE DONT DO IT!!!!!! This is the absolute worst company, with the absolute worst customer service in the world!!!!!! And i am talking from experience!!!!! #morclick wants you to pay for a service they provide. WHAT SERVICE???? 90% of the time your internet is so ****E i cannot even stream DStv without it buffering and stuttering and stalling. And when you call them to complain about it, the "support" apparantly thinks you are an employee, because they ask you to unplug everything and replug everything after you have left everything off for 20 minutes!!!!! I have recorded calls on my phone that i will gladly share with anyone who contacts me. I have emails where i sent them screenshots of the 25% or less of the linespeed that i have to pay for, and this has been going on since December last year. Response to emails, you may ask??? NOTHING, not a single damn thing!!!!! And then they have the ***** to send a message to say that my service will be disconnected in 24 hours if i do not send them proof of payment!!!! HA, what service???? Guess what, i have reversed all the payments that was made to you, and i have CANCELLED YOUR DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT. You will no longer ***** from me!!!! I am about to try and contact these useless people to cancel my contract, and to tell them to come and remove their **** from my house!!!!! I WILL NOT PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT GETTING, OR AN INFERIOR PRODUCT. NOR WILL I SUPPORT A LOCAL COMPANY THAT HAS NO IDEA WHAT IT IS TO NOT BITE THE HANDS THAT FEED YOU!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE!!! Save yourself endless frustration!!!! Do not use the services of #Morclick or #multisat. They are a bunch of ******* that will take your money and offer almost nothing in return!!!!! If anybody should require proof of what i am saying here please feel free to contact me. I will supply you with copies of the phone calls, as well as copies of the emails i have sent, wit attached screenshots of the speedtests i have done using the app that their installer recommended. I will also post my grievances in hellopeter, which incidentally makes for very interesting reading, since #Morclick has a trust rating of 2!!!!!!!!! Dont be like me, who didnt do his homework first!!! Comments
