MorClick more like MORWASTE of your time and money

NEVER trust MorClick at all. They don't know the meaning of service. They say they can assist you with internet (at your address) and does the installation but when you complain that you can't connect to the internet they don't seem to want to help so you are stuck with equipment that you are paying for but can't use. When you terminate the agreement because you can't pay for something that you can't use you receive a letter stating that you will be charged for the equipment if it is damaged or if you don't want to return the equipment. I understand this statement completely but now I can charged for equipment that I rented and data that I used for the time the equipment was NOT working at my house and I made multiple phone calls regarding this matter. I have called twice now and sent mails requesting the contract that i signed as well as a detailed account to find out exactly what i can being charged for yet I get different or no responses from the company. My dept review is now negatively effected because the company can't answer an e-mail or a phone or work for that matter. Don't trust the times they state on the phone because if you call then it is stated that every department has their own time. They make promises they can't keep and then you end up paying the price for their mistakes.
