morclick is shocking in customer service.

if any one needs to know how not to do customer service then these are most definitely the people to talk to or interact with. When you send e-mails your are lucky to get a reply if its sent on a Sunday and the explanation is they do not work Sundays and therefore e-mails are ignored on Sundays. For the rest in the week you receive an automated response with a number and that's were it ends. Phone the call center and that is like the lottery, if you very lucky after a few calls you will eventually have someone that will maybe pick up, but I find if you continue trying and trying the various department numbers you do eventually get lucky and a answer. Once answered then the real education comes in how not to deal with a customer as it seem as if as customers we are doing them a favor and putting them out of there way in doin customer service. I am yet to have a mediocre experience from anyone at morclick, its shocking in the least to say.
