MorClick Internet Service

My Conclusion: Based on the numerous negative reviews and personal experiences shared by customers, MorClick's internet service is not recommended. The poor service quality, unresponsive customer support, and billing issues make it a frustrating experience for users.

You sent me a quote for R4 673,60 to fix the issues with my internet connection. However, you can clearly see my download and upload speeds, as well as the usage of my network. For example, on 25/01/22 at 16:14, my download speed was measured at just 3.90Mbps.Now you want me to pay this amount, but I suggest you come and remove your equipment. One of your technicians even claimed that our location on a hill is causing the poor performance. Despite having both systems on my property for almost 6 consecutive years, you still haven't come up with a solution. Please arrange for the removal of your equipment.

I regret to say that my recent experience with MorClick has been less than satisfactory. After a detailed phone conversation addressing specific issues, I was hopeful for a resolution. However, it's been five full days since that discussion, and the only follow-up I've received is a reminder for payment. This is yet another proof of MorClick's incompetence in handling customer concerns effectively. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to provide a timely resolution is disappointing and unprofessional.

Raymand, you want to take it another step now, My USA phone doesn’t function with WhatsApp and I have no intention using my wife’s phone due to its ****pie functions (I mean if you have the whole day siting in from of a phone looking at a screen I mean my work to be done don’t function a WhatsApp platform. Stick to your promise and commitment that you will send me a mail going forward with the cancelation. With the phone conversation it was agreed that the system going to be removed and now this delaying act from you. Keep in mind that the system will only be removed whilst the owner of the trust (property) is at the property and let me promise you run out of time at a speed you have no control about.. I strongly insist that you get someone more senior, and I mean much more senior with some common sense onto this case as it seems we are getting nowhere with you and you colleagues With the phone conversation you agreed why I am frustrated but now you play the silly game what for reasons I don’t know. Telling me a lot of data going through you explain to me how 2 android phones can consume so much. Your bandwidth is 20Mbps why is it that my Vodacom data overrides this whilst I have a Vodacom card running in the background. Apart from you network slow its unstable 99.9% of the time. You talk about my camaras this was in even with them same system and then it was not a problem, so come up with another excuse. On the January 23th January ’25 @ 09:16 with all my camaras off with all my lights off and max speed was 1.98Mbps today is the first day since the 25th that I indeed received speeds of up to 17,2 AND THIS SUPPOSE TO BE LIKE THIS 24/7/365. See it work both ways you want o month notice for terminating a service that I think its fair you gave me a month notice of downing the speed from slow to non-existing. Telling me the server for this link is up in on the equator this where the satiate is why on earth do I log on now in Durban than in Bloemfontein am I stupid or what You hve until end of day to answer this mail and please don’t tell me I cannot talk to a CEO this utterly bull
