Morclick internet provider bad service
The service I am getting from Morclick is as poor as the internet itself, I have been phoning since 15/11/2021 for someone to assist me with my bad network speed as well as to help me with the procedure on canceling my contract after several attempts I finally got hold of Neo and Joness who was able to tell me that if I want to cancel my contract I must send a mail, so I have sent a mail on the 16/11/2021 and on the 17/11/2021 as well as the 18th and 19th but still no feedback. This is by far the worst service ever and will not recommend them to anyone else.
