Miss informed by companies' area manager.

Stay away! Money driven company and not client driven company! I requested a quote and advise for which package to sign up for. The area manager assisted me. In my request I listed all our needs, One of the needs was online gaming for a PlayStation 5. The area manager NEVER told me that Satellite does not work for gaming. He told me that all our needs will be met with the certain package that he suggested we take. We signed a contract for 24 months, thinking that Satellite will be the route to go because we stay on a farm and there is no fiber in our area. After they did the installation the following day, we realized that everything is so delayed. I couldn't even open an attachment on my e-mail. I phoned the area manager and he said, he is so sorry, but he did not mention to me that it doesn't work for on line gaming. I said then I would like to cancel my contract within my rights of my 7 days cool off period. They cut our internet the next day after receiving my cancellation. Morclick continued to subtract a cancellation fee as well as an inflated month's subscription, which it against the law because you have a 7 day cool off period. They subtracted almost R3000 from our account and our monthly subscription was for R1199 per month! We demanded a refund because we were miss informed about the online gaming, otherwise we would have never signed a 24 month contract! They take NO RESPONCIBILITY for their mistake made by their area manager. After two months they are still trying to subtract another R1778 from our account, but we did not even have 1 day of internet. We said well then we will keep the hardware until we get our refund and now they want to charge us almost R8000 for the hardware and if we don't return it they will hand us over. BE WARNED! Morclick are wolves, especially the managers and FD, they are only there to make as much possible money off innocent clients, not informing you correctly before you sign a 24-month contract. STAY AWAY! And note that Online gaming and Satellite does not work!
