Incapped wifi...now different story, speed decreased all without contacting me

Hello, when we moved to Whiteriver we contact Morclick to install a uncapped wifi. Deal was done and installation all done within 3 days, great work then . Now i told Morclick that i struggle to get conneted...meaning wifi just don't connect as it used to. NOW im told that i have used over 100gig and thats the reason as my speed decreased.....? ***.....i mean i was told this is an uncapped wifi for an quote of R850PM. N0w its a different tune?? I need to know what is what on this wifi, thought i had the best on the market, client focused. I'm C van der Westhuizen +*** should you feel the need to help me understand whats going on.
