Great customer service

Good day all and MorClick team.

This is not an good feedback at all, but an excellent one.

I would just like say thank you Michael(MorClick team) for the response I got and the results..

I know at times I can be impatient and so can all of us if things don't go our way. But I must give an great thanks to Michael once again.

I had an problem with my internet, I reported it and got no direct feedback. But sometimes we just need to sit back and understand, there might be 20 other customers in need off assistance, and its impossible to attend 10 customers at once. Imagine 50+

As soon as Michael got my messages and got the time to assist, he gave me direct feedback that he is going to look into it. With out me knowing or checking up the next day I got an mail asking me if there's any improvement on my internet. I had an look and tested it. And there was an huge difference, No my internet is running perfect again like is was before, and fast downloading.. Problem was solved..

From my side I can say that from the time of installation, I only worked with Michael. Every time he did hes best to assist and help me. Even after ours. Once even help me sort out an network issue I had non MorClick related and it was solved in 5 min..

I would just like to say. Thank you so much Michael for all your help ever time I need it.

Im truly grateful for your help. And my internet is super again. Even tried it today in bad weather and was running smooth.
