Don't use there services you will regret it

Pathetic after sales, pathetic service, will not recommend them to anyone, 2 days after equipment was installed I called to cancel service because I wasn't aware they don't allow gaming, so I spoke to a person and sent through a mail stating I want to cancel on the 7th of September, I get a call on the 29th saying that they will come and remove equipment I was good with that, then to my surprise they debit me for R2998 without informing me about it, so when I call in they say I was charged that because I never sent through a cancelation but I did and the person I sent to never send it through to anyone, it's been a nightmare from the beginning, not forgetting when I signed up they said first month is free then I get mail stating on the 27th September I will be debited, firstly I wasn't supposed to pay secondly the debit day was wrong.
