Disconnected wifi . .at 20mbps???

Been with Morclicks more than a year for wireless wifi. Had to upgrade to 20mbps from 10mbos. For almost 3 weeks now we struggle with connection. Been reported si many tumes and always have to gi in Any Desk via mobile but stilll the same problem. Dont think they quite understand my frustration as we use wifi for Netflix etc... we cant even watch for 5 minutes c9nstantly as it keeps disconnecting. They di hiwever take the full R1299pm for a service we lately cant use without being disconnected! Clifford van der Wedthuizen ***, lately im being told to get a LAN cable that MIGHT sort the problem out, im upset, why do i pay for a service thats always disconnected????
