Consols don't work properly!!!

When we wanted to have morclick installed we asked about gaming, they said we couldn't game online because of the lag which was completely understandable. For the first 2 weeks our playstation wprked great, we could watch netflix, showmax and download games within hours. Now, our playstation doesn't pick up more than 1.5 mbs of the 20 we were getting in the beginning so we can't download games, we can bearly watch Netflix and showmax doesn't even work. Our consol is oyr ownly form of entertainment so this is extremely frustrating. Am quite upsey that we changed service providers. The wprst part is that it worked so well in the beginning so we know that this provider is capable of working properly with consols (unless playing games online) but now suddenly it's awful.
