Completely unhelpful and ****ty signal to our console

If you have a gamimg console don't even bother with this company. We were told when we signed up that online gaming doesn't work, which is gine, we only play offline. They did not however tell is that consoles are rendered just about useless with internet connection, we can't watch showmax or netflix, we can't download new games. We have phoned a couple of times to find out why we are only getting 300kb internet connection on our console but no one can give us a direct answer. We finally got contacted by a technician who said he would change it, if anything it's worse now. No one can tell us the point of blockimg signal to a console. When we signed up we got the full 20 mgs on the console and it was wonderful, so we know it's possible. The problem isn't on PlayStation network side because they gave me a bunch of ports to open on the Wi-Fi router and nothing worked, just made the upload higher. Now we have to take our console to a friend's house to download new games or update it. If we hadn't signed a contract we would cancel tomorrow in all honesty.
