Cancellation of contract
If there was a rating of zero or a negative i would give it to this Company, i took out a internet package with them in October of 2022, Now that i want to cancel the package because it does not really provide value for money, the consultant call me and threaten me that i will still pay for it even if its cancelled or they will load my name at the credit bureau.. Please think twice before utilising this company.
