Bridge of Contract

This company failed to provide me with the product and service I contracted with them in 2023. After numerous emails, queries, lock-in and incidents recorded from myself as well as my IT Consultant (that had dealer contract with them - that he since cancelled), they hold me contractually liable for the full amount. Let me made this absolutely clear that I have NO problem in paying for a service that I've received. I had 0 service and YET they hold me in bridge of contract. How can I be in bridge if THEY are in fact in bridge of contract as they have failed to provide the service that they contractually agreed to provide to me?

Their Breach of Contract turned on my review to a "Bridge" that I still can't get over.
They are trying to ****** the full contract fee from. A contract fee for what?

They only rep**** last week on my initial review and nothing since. And still the threats continue to my good credit profile. How can this be allowed?

If anyone else had a similar experience and manage to get it resolved, please HELP! How is this FAIR BUSINESS PRACTISE?

I just cannot get Morclick to admit that they are at fault. A consultant was in contact with me and after giving me an amount to settle my account (which I did immediately), she just came back and said that it was a system fault and I still have to pay the full amount. Her email read:

"I would like to reiterate that, given your dissatisfaction with the network, the terms of your subscriber agreement indicate an early cancellation fee of R5,750.00, inclusive of VAT. However, we settled on a reduced fee of R1,566.02, which reflects only the usage of the network prior to the account cancellation."

How can this type of customer service suffice?
