Beware of entering into contract with them. Not very honest and customer oriented.

A warning to NOT use MorClick. We hoped their service and WIFI would be better than Herotel in the area we are in. They weren't, so when we tried to cancel (which they need a calendar month for) we sent an email to their BILLING email address (rep**** on account received) to notify of cancellation on evening of 31 Aug. They told us that they did not consider this notice of "CANCELLATIONS" because we did not sent it to CORRECT email address. Forcing us to now pay an additional with along with the cancellation month which is only end OCT. The fact that I emailed BILLING email address re cancellation according to them does not get considered notifying them in time. Surely notifying MorClick company, even though not correct department could have been considered as valid cancellation??
