Bad service / traffic blocking
Shockingly bad service. Very limited response from their Whatsapp line and it appears that they are blocking Whatsapp communication on an iPhone. It now also appears that I cannot cancel my subscription without incurring penalty fees. So basically, MorClick is providing a bad service, and I must pay for it for the remainder of the contract.

03 Dec 2024, 11:37Thank you for escalating the matter, but it did not improve your service. I daily emailed Riaan, ****ha and Razina the last couple of days, with no response to my request. I want you to cancel my subscription with MorClick, WITHOUT the payment of any penalties, as MorClick appears to be actively blocking WhatsApp communication on my iPhone.
