Bad service providers AD telecoms and Morclick satellite services

We took out a two year contract last year with this company Morclick through AD telecoms and when we staring having issues from march which were never resolved the problem got worse in may we contacted them for assistance and one of their rude customer service agents from AD telecoms tells us that it is not their problem we must sort out the issue with Morclick yet we took out the contract with AD telecoms we got in contact with Morclick and for the past 3 weeks and more since March we have been having speed issues and now we are being told we must pay more money intop of the R 1100 that we have been paying to get a better service yet it is satellite WiFi they are a bunch of lairs they are now telling us to pay the money or cancel out contract with them they are ************ if I had only seen the bad reviews befor I would have never taken this contract with these guys terrible service .
