Bad service Morclick

Very bad service, I have been struggling to get hold of an agent that will help me to cancel my contract, only after I have left a review on hello Peter on the 22/11/2021 they phoned me saying that thay will cancel my account and get back to me, they still did not get back to me my account is still not canceled. I have also left emails but I do not even get feedback on the mails. Does not even help to phone customer care as the phone just keeps on ringing.
