Bad internet service

We are customer for more than 2 years at Morclick. Satelite services like Morclick/Paratus are the only option in our area in Namakwaland. But the service is very bad. We are paying for a 20meg but if we use the internet of any app, we only get 3meg. This is a nightmare. If we ask for assistance, they ran a speedtest, and the speedtest show the speed is fine. But this is not and as soon we are trying to watch a movie, use our internet or wifi the speed drops to 3meg. And now they want to send me a quote for a call out? Really?
