bad business ethics

I signed a contract with morcliks as my Internet service provider, The Internet I signed with them capped on having issues - It was difficult for to reach their support to fix the problem, I eventually reach one of their managers Michael after numeracy attempts. He did not solve the problem, Till I found a different service provider.

I have been paying the contract for 7 months but the internet is still not working. They have a very bad customer service, They do not stick service agreement. I advise people to not use them. Morcliks salite internet service provider is a bad company with no business ethics.
