BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

I would like to warn anyone against using the internet service called MORCLICK.

I live in a part of Midrand that has no fibre and because of working from home i needed a reliable internet provider that runs fast and smoothly. I tried a few and was disappointed, but could at least get to speak to the correct people and be helped speedily.

These people do not contact you at all. They ignore you flat out. I tried to upgrade my speed last year because i saw that at the time the price difference between the speeds were only R100. When i sent the request they wanted to increase my subscription by R200. When i queried their reply was that price is only for new customers and not for existing, surely you look after your existing better than that🤔

I then decided to cancel because the speeds were insufficient for my needs and they were constantly ecperiencing issues with connectivity. The only platforms i could stream without issues were Netflix, showmax and youtube. DSTV constantly buffers and the fast speed runs out quickly. They are supposed to send sms when your line gets bumped down to a slower speed, most times this did not happen. Once you are no longer on the fast speed you cannot run more than one streaming platform or download without buffering.

I have now been trying, unsuccessfully since December for someone to contact me so i can cancel the subscription. I have been sending them mails daily and I have even phoned the call centre myself only to be told i must send the mail again and someone will contact me. I am still waiting.

These people rope u in and then ignore you to keep you on their books.

Do not use them!! They are expensive and their service is non existant!!
