Appalling Customer /Technical Service

Appalling customer service. Day 3 of no wifi and being ignored by help line staff. Finally managed to get help. We had to confirm our app with the technical staff for 10am this morning. Thank you Sidney! But the technician did not arrive. Our staff waited at the farm gate for 8hrs just incase the technician decided to honour his appoinment. He did not ! And no feedback from H/O despite numerous whatapps. We thought this was a professional company but it is not ! Think twice before you sign up. Their customer and technical service is shocking !
