Absolutely Terrible

This is probably the worst internet service providers. I have sent numerous emails and had calls with the tech support, only for them to tell me that the seed is 100% on their side. Meanwhile nobody in my household can work, they then say it's because of my VPN connection but even with non VPN devices like cell phones and other laptops it does not work. I can literally sit next to my router and not even watch a video on YouTube for example.

It has gotten to a point where I need to buy 2 gig of data every second day just to do my work and hotspot off my phone. This costs me R150 a shot and then have to pay them every month for absolutely nothing.

After a lot of back and forth, I decided to cancel my wifi and sent them an email the beginning of June, until today I have not heard anything back from them. This is after sending another email to them. I phoned today and was told that my request is with the cancellation department, but it has been 18 days and no one has contacted me. So the lady on the phone now said that she will inform them to contact me, which I don't think will happen.

Please people, do not put yourself through this as you will not receive good customer service or internet connection.
