6th attempt to get an issue resolved

This is now my 6th attempt to try and get this issue resolved with Morclick. I cannot understand why they are not prepared to get this issue resolved. Morclick has listed this account on the credit bureau as ''ín default'' which is having a very negative affect on my credit score and my ability to obtain further credit. They do this as a tactic to try and force you into paying the amount. This practice is completely *********. I have explained my story over and over again and they just keep digging in their heels. In fact i have had no response from Morclick from my last 3 reviews which also shows me that they are playing hard ball and clearly have no problem that their name is being been tarnished which will have a negative affect on their business. The scary part is when you read all the other reviews that various other people are experiencing, this seems to be their common practice. When Morclick does acknowledge your review its almost like you get a automated response which appears to be a copy and paste. I just wish Morclick would sort out this issue.
