5th attempt to get my problem resolved

This is now my 5th attempt after waiting another week with no response whatsoever. I truly believe that Morclick has no intensions of resolving this matter as they made no effort to even try and resolve this. I think my first 2 attempts i received an automated response that they would look into the matter, however my last 2 attempts i have simply been ignored completely I will once again ask Morclick to please look into my matter and remove the negative mark against my name on the credit bureau as Morclick have charged me for a service that i never received. .
