4th attempt to get issue resolvedA2931

This is now my 4th attempt to try and get my issue resolved. My last review was done on the 7th June and to date it still has not got resolved. Every time i post a review i get what appears to be a generic automated response. I am so tired of trying to get this issue resolved and in the enterim my name has a black mark against it on the credit bureau because Morclick are total ***********. I really don't know what to do in order to get Morclcik to take me seriously. Morclick clearly like all the negative reviews that people have posted as i can clearly see that they have no intentions of getting this resolved. I wonder if they actually understand that the more negative reviews they receive the more negatively it impacts on their business. If they were to simply sort out my issue i would immediately give them a 5 star review which will only positively impact their business going forward.
