3rd attempt to get problem resolved
I am still waiting for a formal response to my query. This is my 3rd attempt to get some resolution to my query. In the meantime my i am unable to apply for any form of credit as they have listed my account as "being in default". I am so lost for words as to the extremely poor service that they offer and this pathetic service just makes me more frustrated.
