Sneaky and dont really offer specials

This company is sneaky....They sent emails with deals, however phone you and try to push you in taking a more expensive premium even if you tell them on numerous occasions that you cant afford it. They tell you the special is no longer available or the phone is not available. Anything to get you take a more expensive premium.....and their number does not even work!!!!
