Pathetic and Unprofessional Service
Service is pathetic. They quick to debit without delivering. Their policy says they deliver 7 - 14 days after the debit which you only find about when you are following up. When cancelling due to the delivery issues they say they cannot refund you your money as they only refund when the application was declined. And they place you on hold to confirm the policy- their consultants are also not empowered to deal with pertinent issues. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. I really do not understand why such big organisations like Telkom and others rely on such institution.

Worst service ever!
I've never experienced such terrible service before. I've been trying to reach the company for the past 10 days and I'm not going through. They debited my account but I still don't have my device and it's more than 20 days now. I want to cancel their services and get a refund since no device was delivered as per the agreement and I still can't get through to them. I think I've called in 20 times now and no one is picking up. I'm not sure if this is a **** or not but the service is so terrible!!!!!!
