Hi, I requested down grade last we on October since you offered me iphone 12 for R480 later on, I found out that the package is R680. In January you debit R998 in my insurance.

We were agree that will pay R440 for 33 months since your consultant said mondo will pay for fist 3 months my budget is still R680 including my insurance. Please respond vai emaill ***
