Not impressed

<p>Monde Moble: Im really alarmed at how this company deals with customers, I received a phone hauwai Y311 yesterday, upon delivery i asked the driver if i can open the package and they said yes, now im being chaged R1372.72 for returing the phone. But to my suprise i have a 7 day return polciy, and we still get charged R100.00 once off fee. I have the right to return the phone if i dont feel that its not what im looking for. They have no remorce and they so calm about the return charge. Where do they expect that i get that kind of money. I told the sales consulant that i dont want no dealing with the company, and they should quickly arrange for pick up before they tell me that the 7 day period has laped. I can see that they are ******* that gain they poplarity by targeting Vulnerable people...Monde Mobile </p>
