Not delivering what they promised

A guy from Mondi Mobile named Sam called up on various occasions to upgrade our cell phones<br> We agreed to an upgrade and I asked him what about the sim swap as we are 60km from the nearest Vodacom store, his reply was that the sim would also be sent with the couriers Ram, on receipt of my phone the sim they sent was not the small micro but the normal sim which does not fit into the phone, we are unable to get hold of him to sort this out. We asked for an email to be sent to confirm this and his answer was that they do not send emails.<br> <br> The same happened with my husband's phone, he also told my husband that he would receive the extra sim at no extra cost, nothing was received. If Vodacom is not prepared to do the sim swap at no extra cost at our nearest branch which is Zambezi Junction Montana Pretoria, we do want to return the phones as Sam the sales consultant was lying to your customers.
