Mondi Mobile (Telkom Contract’s) ****, **** , DECEIVING

This is the worse service provider ever! I’ve been paying for a phone contract since February 2019, which I don’t have with me. I was offered a phone online ( false advertising) which I accepted and later a wrong product was delivered. It took 3 months for mondo mobile to collect the phone ( after millions of phone calls). As it stand now I’m paying for a phone which I don’t have. I’m tired of calling them, it’s tiring, every time I call mondi, I’m told Telkom hasn’t canceled the contract and there’s nothing they can do. I must mention I canceled the phone contract the same they I received it (called the same day I received the phone to dispute the phone).

Please! Never take offers from mondo it’s a ****!
