Horrible unreliable service from mondo mobile

App**** for a data contract with mtn via mondo and made it clear that I want data on my number of which is not done, was told I can do ppc after delivery then I requested again after delivery that they should now do ppc I was then told bu mondo agent that i can only request for a ppc from the point of sale, I then logged a contract dispute because not getting any help. It is deemed invalid. So disappointing.
