You didn't even consider calling me since you assume that I am your client for that contract. That shows me that you are acting like *******, and just expect me to pay for a *****lent contract. MTN are outsourcing contracts through REWARDSCO/MONDO. Why send me an email on Saturday only to say your office hours are from Monday to Saturday but state my claim is invalid on an email on Saturday. Now I have to wait for Monday to enquire. I have being inquiring from the 24th of February, with no proper human interaction for a reply on vague email replies from rewardsco. You are acting like of *******. YES MONDO I also sent my case to you but you are SILENT, Why?... Are you that inconsiderate, or do you just don't care. You have a responsibility, you are liable. Once again I am free at 9:30on Monday.
