I submitted a query to Vodacom and was waiting for their feedback with bated breath due to past experiences with them. I called Mondi Mobile and spoke to Christine Michaels who was so professional and her service was excellent. Was such a huge pleasure dealing with her and has totally restored my faith in Vodacom.
